Neon Skyline
This West Coast IPA, brewed in collaboration with The Tank Brew Co is hopped with Citra, Cascade, Chinook, as well as Hydra and Bergamot, two proprietary Michigan hop varieties from the great people at Hang Em High Hops. You are first greeted by the smell of basil, dank resinous pine, lemon, and an underlying current of sweet fruits. The taste follows a similar path but really doubles down on those fruit notes giving you pithy grapefruit, sweet mandarin orange, over a layer of noticeable peach and apricot. The finish has a hint of peppery mango that quickly leads into a firm herbaceous pine.
