The addition of fresh, locally roasted coffee beans provides a robust roastiness to this big, malty Belgian ale and is complemented by rich chocolate notes from copious amounts of premium cacao nibs. Finally, a hefty dose of Tahitian vanilla beans brings it all together by smoothing out the 10.5% ABV and softening the edges of mild bitterness provided by the coffee and chocolate.
